Great Worship Leaders Are Made

WORSHIP LEADERS are the fruit of a PASTOR’S ministry. The more time the PASTOR is willing to invest in my life, the better I am able to partner with him in the ministry. I’m in the ministry today because a PASTOR was willing to invest in me. He sent me to Bible classes. He gave me opportunities to teach, to lead, to pray, to counsel. He encouraged me to grow and learn. He saw me as an investment. He ministered to my wife and I during tough times in our marriage. He asked me about my personal time in the Scriptures. He kept me accountable to GOD. He was a true FRIEND and PASTOR.
