Holland Davis rocked the house and that is saying something at CCSB where the worship rocks every Sunday.  I was amazed at how quickly he connected with our worshipers.  He used that connection not to entertain or show off,  but to lead the Church into the presence of God.  That is what I always look for.  I would highly recommend Holland Davis to come and lead worship in your Church.  He will be fun,  effective,  and best of all,  low maintenance.

If you are the same Holland Davis that used to do some radio promotions work, we probably used to speak a lot on the phone when I was Program Director of the He's Alive radio network out of Grantsville, MD.

Also, if you are the Holland Davis that did the song "There Is No One Who Is Like You"...which I basically assume that you are, I want to tell you my story:

It was during the World Series of 1997. I was watching the game on FOX or whoever was carrying it and got disinterested so, before going to be, I thought I would flip through the SkyAngel channels to see "what was going on" before I hit the sack. Going through the music channels, all of a sudden I heard this song that, upon hearing the first :20 of, I knew had to be from "The Pink Floyd Praise And Worship Project"! I immediately forgot about the World Series and fell on the floor and worshiped God! I count it as three of the greatest minutes of my life!

When I got to the station the next morning, I searched out the title "There Is No One Who Is Like You" and found out that it was by you and that we had the CD sitting right there! I think I played it at least 6 times the rest of that week!

I just wanted to thank you for such a great song! Somewhere down the road (shudder!) I will one day be a Pastor. During the first service at the Church, I know at least two songs that the song list will include will be Paul Oakley's "Because Of You" and "There Is No One Who Is Like You"!

The ministry of worship led by Holland Davis at the 2009 Billy Graham Chaplain Conference was an incredibly inspirational blessing to everyone in attendees. To me the mark of a great worship leader is how willing they are to pastor other worship leaders. After all, what better way to glorify the Lord than to train other worship leaders.  Holland does that. Holland is more than a worship leader. He is a worship pastor. He genuinely wants to bring people into the presence of God...and does. That's refreshing. He brings a lot of wisdom to the table too. I was glad I brought our worship guys to the conference because I know His well rounded practical approach is translating to a zeal for excellence in our team.

The combination of God-given talent and true humility is a rare commodity these days.  It was our great delight to discover both in Holland Davis, as he lead worship for our Couples’ Retreat this past July.

Not only does Holland possess an amazing ability to lead worship with great insight and anointing, but he does so with a servant’s heart, completely available and sensitive to the Spirit’s leading. He not only has an authentic and passionate heart for Jesus, but as well, clearly communicates his desire to see others enter into the very throne room of God as they worship.    

Whatever the event or service may be, Holland Davis will bring a warmth of heart, an on-fire love for Jesus, and a talent to lead people in praise and worship for a time with the Lord  they won’t soon forget! What a blessing it was for you to lead worship this past week during the International Fellowship of Chaplains (IFOC) annual conference.  The beautiful gift of music God has blessed you with, brought all of us into His presence in a way many attendees had not experienced in a long time.  Starting each day in worship put the perspective on the days activities and allowed us to remember why we made the effort to come in the first place.  Many came up to us, especially after the Laying on of Hands ceremony, and just praised God for the talent He has given you.  Your leading us, through the power of the Holy Spirit, cause all of us to enter into a rich and rewarding place of peace.  His peace!

As our flagship program, “God Answers Prayer”, has aired from the beginning, eternal relationships have been established in the kingdom of God. Paul says in Ephesians, “I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.”  

      KCHF TV was founded by hundreds of Christians just like yourself from a wide variety of denominations throughout the state of New Mexico that came together in prayer and finances to have the nation’s first UHF and full power Christian VHF television station. We went on the air on January 21, 1984. Since that time this station has been recognized nationally for its outstanding programming. We were named the TV Station of the Year in 2000 by the National Religious Broadcasters and in March of 2008 we were again named station of the year at the NRB national convention in Nashville, TN.

Campus Crusade For Christ Military Ministry

Holland Davis, award winning Praise and Worship song writer and leader, recently donated his talent, time, organizational skills and God given professional talents to assist Military Ministry efforts to mobilize hundreds of churches in Southern California to ministry to the military.  Holland seamlessly integrated praise and worship in a powerfully relevant way into a half day church mobilization seminar that greatly enhanced the seminar attendee’s focus on the Lord for both those attending at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and the live Webcast.  Holland organized a highly skilled and talented all volunteer praise and worship team that preformed with excellence in a Christ focused and honoring way.  It truly brought the audience into heartfelt worship of the Lord.

All of on the Troop and Family Care Team were blessed by Holland’s presence and are so very grateful to the Lord for loaning him to the great effort of mobilizing churches to ministry to our precious military and their families who sacrifice so much for our great country and the freedoms we enjoy.
